Is it really free?
Yes. Everything in the app is free to use and there is no subscription. A few optional extras, like marketplace bumps, cost a small amount, and local businesses pay to list offers in the Deals tab.
Do I need an account?
Nope. The app works fully without one. Optionally sign in with Apple or Google to sync your saved items across devices.
Is RHUL Mobile run by Royal Holloway?
No. RHUL Mobile is an independent app built and run by SHACKSOLUTIONS LTD, a UK-registered software studio. It is not part of, or affiliated with, Royal Holloway or the Students' Union.
